Grow Your Motivation in 3 Simple Steps
I believe anyone can find that burning passion that gets them up at 4 a.m. to take on all the goals they set for the day. I believe this because I’ve seen it. I’ve seen it within myself and close family members.
Everyone has that part of them that makes them tick, it just depends on if you will USE it to push yourself each and every-day. If you can figure out how to channel that inner flame to create a more productive day everyday, you’ll be unstoppable.
To have the strength to the point that nothing can stop you, nothing can get in the way of your goal; is when you are the literal definition of unstoppable. For you to be able to reach this would be to find your true potential, I hope this article can assist in your personal growth.
Step One: Find what makes you tick
Everyone has that certain something that makes you want to work harder than anyone else, be stronger than everyone else, or be smarter than everyone else. It might be that you saw someone and thought, “I never want to be stuck like that.”, you might have a family and making them proud gets you up in the morning, or maybe it’s an internal satisfaction you NEED to reach to be happy in life. Whatever it is internalize it and channel that passion towards whatever goals you have.
Can’t find what makes you tick? Try new things. If you are reading this and haven’t found passion in anything yet, you haven’t tried enough things. Go out with friends and do something new! Keep trying until you reach that burning passion!
Step Two: Remember that passion every morning
Every single morning you need to remember why you do what you do. What are you trying to reach? What is making you NEED to do this? Writing it down every morning is the perfect way to drill it into your mind that this is what you want to do with your life. Each and every day.
Another technique is to have sticky notes where you know you’ll read it every day. For example, a mirror will do perfectly. Brushing your teeth, washing your face, or doing your hair, whatever it is every morning you’ll be able to see that sticky note that reminds you of your ‘why’.
Soon enough, you won’t need the writing. You will wake up remembering that feeling, that motivation to get up and work hard. You will get used to it and that’s the beauty of it. You’ll get used to being unstoppable and working hard everyday.
Step Three: Improve your life schedule
Whether this be waking up early every morning, or to eat healthier just to keep your mind clear, you need to schedule your life to function in its highest functioning form. This means a healthy life style so every day you can feel great and hit the day hard, with everything you have.
