Protein plays a huge part in the vegan lifestyle, simply because you should be conscious about it every day. Protein is so important for human function and has such a big stigma around in veganism, we HAVE to act on it and be conscious about it.

Personally, I go on about 90g of protein a day which is more than enough for my size. I am currently trying to bulk up even more so I added some extra protein to the required amount. I advise you to do the same if you are trying to bulk up some extra muscle too.

I’m going to tell you guys some foods that I eat on a day-to-day basis (that are vegan) that I’d recommend to all vegans needing some better ways to find protein.

Along with this I want to let you all know about my personal favorite protein powder that I use on a day-to-day basis, which is Vega protein. (I always get the chocolate kind) I love this powder so much for one, it offers so much protein per serving, and two it is relatively cheap compared to other vegan protein powders.

I can’t describe how much this protein does for me, it is made with REAL PLANT-BASED FOODS and is completely soy-free! When I first switched to this protein I experienced less fatigue in my muscles after each workout, and I noticed my recover speed went through the roof. After about 2-3 weeks from switching from my old powder, I gained about 12 pounds of pure MUSCLE.

I am 100% about this protein powder and recommend it to all vegans struggling with their protein or weight gain!
